Riverside Tool Corp - Profits Depend on the Tools You Choose

For an end user of industrial tooling this is an exciting time. Insert and Diamond (PCD) tooling are reducing in cost and lead time. For many people, the ability to utilize advanced tooling has become a reality. This is a result of healthy competition, falling raw material prices, advancement in technology, and better tool design. Because of this surge in advanced tooling options, it's important to objectively determine the right tooling supplier for your needs.

There are vendors in our industry that specialize in either Insert or Diamond tooling. This "best-of-breed" mentality has its downfalls - most of which includes hard-selling their tooling in an application that just doesn't fit. By attempting to slam a square peg in a circular hole, tooling vendors only manage to waste everyone's time and money. One can easily determine that choosing a diversified manufacturer results in the correct tool for the application. No longer motivated by selling a single product, a diversified manufacturer can assess your needs and design a tooling solution that will meet or exceed your goals.

Riverside Tool is one of the few companies in the U.S.A. that manufactures HSS, Carbide Tipped, Insert, and Diamond tooling. We are pursuing long-term relationships with our customers by providing appropriate tooling solutions instead of force-feeding a tool that maximizes our profits while reducing the customer's. Another advantage of using Riverside as your tooling partner is that we can grow with your needs. We serve the smallest and largest customers everyday. We still manufacture corrugated knives and carbide tipped cutter-heads because our smaller customers can still utilize these tooling solutions in a cost-effective manner. As your company grows so do your tooling needs, and we will be there every step of the way with competitively priced tooling.

Riverside Tool Corp maintains a nationwide dealer network of over 80 dealers and representatives. Call us today to find a dealer near you or ask your tooling provider if they distribute our products.

Now is a better time than ever to re-evaluate your current tooling vendor. Here are some questions to ask them:
  • Do you manufacture or supply HSS, Carbide Tipped, Insert and Diamond Tooling?
  • Do you have experience manufacturing and implementing HSS, Carbide Tipped, Insert, and Diamond Tooling?
  • Is your tooling manufactured in the U.S.A.? If not, why?
  • Can you provide tooling that will maximize efficiency and profit for my company?
  • Can you provide a high level of customer service?
  • Can you provide Riverside Tool Corp products?

The article was included in the business section of the paper and highlighted the pet grooming business, Aussie Pet Mobile, that has served Riverside. The article was printed in the Elkhart Truth which is the primary local newspaper in our area.

From the article:
ELKHART -- Thumping across the parking lot came the morning's first client.
An important client.
A regular client.
A pudgy and rather unattractive client.
Exactly the type of client that Kevin O'Neill left a career in banking to serve.
"Look at that face," said a smiling O'Neill while gazing at the day's first customer. "How can you not love the dog that looks like a dog?"
